Two medical team Airmen, wearing Mission Oriented Protective Posture level 2 (MOPP 2) gear, use a two-person buddy carry method to transport a simulated injured service member during a simulated mass casualty event at the Expeditionary Air Base (XAB) during Exercise NEXUS RISING 25-01 at Travis AFB, Calif., June 11, 2025.
