The Puerto Rico National Guard (PRNG) joined the nationwide commemoration of the 250th anniversary of the United States Army with a special ceremony honoring its history, legacy, and continued military service in Puerto Rico, June 13, 2025. As tradition dictates, the cake was cut by the longest-serving Soldier alongside the youngest and most recently enlisted Soldier, accompanied by members of the Puerto Rico National Guard leadership. This symbolic act represents the passing of values and commitment from one generation to the next.
