The flight, conducted by the 77th Expeditionary Combat Aviation Brigade, supported joint efforts between FEMA Region 6 and Arkansas emergency management officials to assess widespread damage caused by heavy rainfall from April 2–6. The imagery collected will aid in damage reporting, resource allocation, and long-term recovery planning.
