Roland Jackson, field coordinating officer with FEMA Region 6, and Jodi Lee, deputy director of recovery and mitigation with the Arkansas Division of Emergency Management, observe ongoing recovery efforts at the site of a derailed freight train in Hardy, Ark., April 7, 2025.

The flight, conducted aboard a UH-60 Black Hawk operated by the 77th Expeditionary Combat Aviation Brigade, was part of a mission to capture imagery of storm damage caused by heavy rainfall from April 2–6. The photos will support both FEMA and the State of Arkansas Emergency Management team in their damage assessment and reporting efforts.
