U.S. Coast Guard members race to complete their final plate during the fast-paced Joint Culinary Training Exercise (JCTE) competition on March 4, 2025, at Fort Gregg-Adams.
The 49th annual JCTE started Feb. 28 at Fort Gregg-Adams MacLaughlin Fitness Center and continues until March 7. The exercise, administered by the Joint Culinary Center of Excellence, is the largest American Culinary Federation-sanctioned competition in North America. The exercise showcased the talent of more than 200 military chefs from all military services around the globe to include three international teams to include France, United Kingdom, and Germany.
