CARTAGENA, Colombia (Aug. 14, 2024) – U.S. Fleet Forces Band “Uncharted Waters” performs for a crowd of U.S. military members, Colombian armed forces personnel and civilians as part of a joint concert at Teatro Adolfo Mejia in Cartagena, Colombia during Continuing Promise 2024.
