During the ceremony, Chairman of the Board of the Greater Washington Board of Trade Steve Proctor laid a wreath at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier, accompanied by Jack McDougle, the President & CEO of the Greater Washington Board of Trade, and U.S. Army Maj. Gen. Trevor J. Bredenkamp, the commander of Joint Task Force-National Capital Region and U.S. Army Military District of Washington, in honor of the interagency partnership between the two organizations.
