    A U.S. Air Force crew chief assigned to the 23rd Maintenance Group marshals an A-10C Thunderbolt II during Exercise Ready Tiger 24-1 at Moody Air Force Base, Georgia, April 9, 2024. Crew chiefs perform various responsibilities, including conducting routine preventative and scheduled maintenance procedures, analyzing and maintaining computer-based programs, supervising teams, conducting technical inspections, and performing launch, recovery, and turnaround operations.
