Iraqi policemen patrol a market in the District of East Rashid in Baghdad, March 31. The strong presence of Iraqi security forces seemed to welcome citizens' to enjoy a day of shopping at the local markets. Police could be seen at nearly every corner securing the area and providing a safe place for people to shop and conduct business.
