An Iraqi vegetable stand owner welcomes customers during a busy market day in the district of East Rashid in Baghdad, March 31. The markets were busy and shops were open on the dusty Monday afternoon. The strong Iraqi security force presence in the area seemed to be a welcomed invitation for people to come out and enjoy a day of shopping and just hanging out in markets.
