This #FortRileyFriday we continue our look at facilities built in support of activities around the old Artillery Post. 430 Godfrey Avenue was built in 1932 with #limestone walls and foundation, wood floors and a slate roof. A small northern expansion of the building was completed in 1938. Building 430 opened as a fire station. It continues to serve Main Post in that capacity today.
