Candidate 11 of this past weekends Special Forces Readiness Evaluation (all participants are given a number that they will go by), held at Camp Blanding Joint Training Center by the 3rd Battalion, 20th Special Forces Group, maintains a squat position while holding out his rubber training rifle, Saturday, Dec. 9, 2023. The SFRE takes place over three days and is just the first step in the path to joining the special operations community. It is not selection, it is the test that determines whether 3-20th deems you a quality fit and applicant to send to the selection process at Fort Liberty, NC.
