U.S. Marine Corps Staff Sgt. Donald Cutler, a CH-53K King Stallion crew chief with Marine Heavy Helicopter Squadron (HMH) 461, talks through an intercommunication system at Marine Corps Outlying Landing Field Oak Grove, North Carolina, Aug. 15, 2023. HMH-461 took part in Large Scale Exercise 2023, a globally integrated exercise designed to refine the synchronization of maritime operations across multiple fleets in support of the joint force. The training was based on a progression of scenarios that will assess and refine modern warfare concepts.
