Aaron Taylor, commanding officer of amphibious assault ship USS Essex (LHD 2), right, crowns Aviation Maintenance Administrationman 1st Class Alexander Greenlee, a native of Columbus, Georgia, as first place winner for the Essex chili cook-off competition held aboard the barge (APL 2) assigned to the ship, Jan. 25, 2023.
