U.S. Air Force Airman 1st Class Alex Moore, 386th Expeditionary Medical Squadron aerospace medical technician, explains the personal satisfaction he got from being able to hit the ground running and set up his own trauma bay during Operation Agile Spartan III at an undisclosed location, September 8, 2022. “We had to bring all our supplies, set everything up how we wanted it. We asked ‘what would be beneficial to us?’ We brought in our go-bags, blood pressure cuffs and other supplies. We also set up the best route for patient care, our lobby area and computers. The best part of this experience was getting to design our own trauma bay, because sometimes we’re showing up somewhere and it’s already set up, but now we get to design our own.” (U.S. Air Force photo by Staff Sgt.
