    Air National Guard members with the Massachusetts ANG 102nd Civil Engineer Squadron and Oregon 142nd Civil Engineer Squadron work on a new road along the Colorado River basin where part of the new secondary fence will be later built at Task Force Diamond Back near Yuma, Arizona on April 24, 2007.
