Gabrielle M. Hermes, Commanding Officer with MARFORCOM, MARFOR NORTHCOM, FMFLANT, HQSVCBN during the relief and appointment ceremony at the Hopkins Hall Gymnasium, Norfolk, Virginia, Jan. 24, 2022. The NCO sword symbolizes the duties and responsibilities of the offgoing HQSVCBN sergeant major transferring authority to the oncoming Sergeant Major.
