Hawaii Army National Guard (HIARNG) Soldiers with Alpha Company, 227th Brigade Engineer Battalion, 29th Infantry Brigade Combat Team (IBCT) secure detonation cords together with military tape during demolition missions, Schofield Barracks, Hawaii, July 17, 2021. As part of training, Soldiers conducted squad level battle drills, pre-requisite Soldier and leader tasks, prepared and emplaced shaping and cratering charges, C4 explosives and 40-pound shaping charges all keyed to improve Soldiers accuracy and proficiency.
