MAYPORT, Fla. (Oct. 28, 2021) - Lt. Cmdr. Christine Higgins, a certified nurse midwife, speaks with a Navy Airman at Naval Branch Health Clinic Mayport. Higgins, a native of Providence, Kentucky, holds a doctor of nursing practice from Emory University. She says, "It's important to get regular Pap tests to screen for cervical cancer, for early detection and treatment of any precancerous cells.
