A military construction or engineering operation is underway at what appears to be a quarry or cleared work site. A military-green front-end loader is actively depositing material into the bed of a civilian dump truck, while a military tactical truck (likely an LMTV or similar) is parked nearby. At least two personnel in military-style uniforms are visible overseeing the operation.

210713-N-EW834-1002 YIGO, Guam (Jul. 13, 2021) Seabees assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 11 Det. Guam operate a front end loader to load blasted rocks in order to be crushed by the Eagle Crusher. Rock crushing operations enable Naval Construction Force units to independently produce aggregate in order to perform tasks such as Airfield Damage Repair and Port Damage Repair to enhance fleet maneuverability. NMCB 11 Det. Guam is forward-deployed to execute construction, humanitarian assistance, theater security cooperation, and support Major Combat Operations in the U.S. 7th Fleet areas of operation.
