The entire crew appreciates Larry for taking on the responsibility of operating the ship’s store, said Diehl’s Second Officer Alex Footman. “Having an operational store does wonders for the crew’s morale. The ship’s store represents more than a place to buy snacks, hats and your favorite soap, it’s a place for crew members to engage and connect in positive way that promotes comradery, crew retention, and increased productivity. It truly is nice to see crew members stand in line and talk, making the store a focal point to gather and socialize.”
