    The Hickam Honor Guard fires a three-volley salute during the memorial ceremony for Louis, "Papa Lou" Foster, a retired Air Force master sergeant, and creator of Hickam Harbor, at Foster Point, Sept. 1 at Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, Hawaii. Founder of the Wets Hens, an all-female sailing club at Hickam, Foster is best known for his sailing skills. He died in his hometown of Eagle Point, Ore., at the age of 90.
