Two U.S. Army soldiers in ACU (Army Combat Uniform) are performing what appears to be a military colors or guidon ceremony, holding a staff with a furled olive-green flag or pennant between them. The event is taking place outdoors near a brick building, under a white event tent, with a crowd of civilians, media personnel, and other attendees observing. The ceremony appears to be a formal military event such as a unit activation, change of command, or building dedication.

The colors of the 98th Training Division IET are removed from their case by their commander Bring. Gen. Dwayne Edwards during the uncasing ceremony held at Fort Benning, Ga., Sept. 8, 2012. The uncasing ceremony immediately followed the memorialization ceremony as the building was named the Chaplain (Lt. Col.) Elmer W. Heindl Armed Forces Reserve Center.
