    The colors of the 98th Training Division IET stand in the sleeve as they await the uncasing ceremony held at Fort Benning, Ga., Sept. 8, 2012. The uncasing ceremony immediately followed the memorialization ceremony as the building was named the Chaplain Elmer W. Heindl Armed Forces Reserve Center.
