    A mannequin bears the dress blue uniform that once belonged to Lt. Col. Elmer Heindl, chaplain. The mannequin is part of a display at the Armed Forces Reserve Center at Fort Benning, Ga., that was recently memorialized, Sept. 8, in honor of the late Catholic priest who served in the Pacific Theater during World War II.The poster board behind shows the awards the chaplain received, three of which were for valor.
