Two young girls dressed in patriotic red, white, and blue outfits sit on folding chairs at an outdoor event, likely a Fourth of July or Memorial Day celebration. The younger girl holds a small American flag while the older blonde girl waves what appears to be a flag or wand. They are surrounded by adults and a baby seated in rows of folding chairs on grass.
