A large group of construction and engineering personnel wearing high-visibility vests and hard hats pose for a group photo at an active construction site near a reservoir or lake, with mountainous terrain in the background. A quadcopter drone is visible in the upper left corner of the image, likely capturing aerial documentation of the site. The construction area shows excavated terrain, heavy equipment, and structural formwork near the water's edge.

Employees and service members from the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers wave to a drone during filming of a group video in front of the unfinished labyrinth weir at the Isabella Dam Safety Modification Project in Lake Isabella, California March 18, 2021. Maj Gen. William Graham, USACE deputy commander of civil and emergency operations, and Brig. Gen. Paul Owen, commander of the USACE South Pacific Division, made an official visit to the project to receive a briefing and tour the construction site. District employees gave the two generals a tour of the dam’s many features, including the labyrinth weir, emergency spillway, and auxiliary dam. The Isabella DSMP is one of the largest projects in all of USACE, with about $650 million of obligated funds devoted to the project.
