Four individuals wearing white hard hats and high-visibility safety vests are standing on a gravel surface at an active construction or earthworks site. Three of the individuals are wearing military camouflage uniforms, while one appears to be a civilian contractor pointing toward a large earthen embankment or slope. The scene suggests a site inspection or project briefing taking place outdoors under clear blue skies.
