Sgt. Maj. Bradley A. Prafke, sergeant major of Marine Aircraft Group 29, catches a quick breath before pushing on through the 400-meter swimming portion of the Cherry Point Sprint Triathlon aboard the air station, Aug. 25. The annual Marine Corps Community Services hosted event received a record turnout of more than 200 racers made up of Marines, sailors and members of the community. The racers wore tracking anklets that precisely traced them as they swam, biked and ran through the approximately 13 mile course. The annual triathlon is part of multiple races in the Eastern North Carolina that form the 2012 Semper Fit Grand Prix Series, hosted by Marine Corps Community Services.
