    SANTA RITA, Guam (Jan. 29, 2021) Chief Engineman David Poblete, assigned to the Maritime Expeditionary Security Group 1, Detachment Guam, salutes sideboys after being pinned to chief petty officer during a ceremony on Naval Base Guam.
