Multiple military personnel in MARPAT digital camouflage uniforms are gathered in a forested area, appearing to conduct a casualty care or medical evacuation drill. One individual is lying on what appears to be a litter/stretcher while others kneel around them providing simulated treatment. A standing observer in the background suggests this may be a supervised training exercise.
