Military personnel, appearing to be U.S. Marines based on their MARPAT camouflage uniforms, are gathered inside a field command tent during what appears to be a tactical operations briefing or planning session. The personnel are gathered around a central table covered with maps, documents, laptops, and communications equipment. Most individuals are wearing black face masks, suggesting this was taken during the COVID-19 pandemic period.
