    A mass casualty incident (MCI) drill or exercise is underway in what appears to be a military or industrial facility.     CAMP LEMONNIER, Djibouti – Camp Lemonnier, Djibouti (CLDJ) Fire and Emergency Services performs injury assessment and treatment on participants simulating injuries during Reliant Rumble, a disaster response exercise conducted on base, October 15, 2020. CLDJ first responders address an earthquake with mass casualties and all others onboard are responsible for personnel accountability, base security and disaster safety. The exercise is part an assessment conducted on all eight installations of Navy Region Europe, Africa, Central to test their response proficiency. Camp Lemonnier is an operational installation that enables U.S., allied and partner nation forces to be where and when they are needed to ensure security in Europe, Africa and Southwest Asia.
