Matthew Iwanczuk, middle, greet Commander, Carrier Strike Group 2 Rear Adm. Richard Cheeseman aboard the quarterdeck of the Ticonderoga-class guided-missile cruiser USS Philippine Sea (CG 58). Rear Adm. Cheeseman gave challenge coins and a motivating speech to Sailors before they deployed. Philippine Sea is currently moored at Naval Station Norfolk after completing their Task Force Exercise (TFEX) in preparation for deployment.
