Richard Cheeseman on the quarterdeck of the Ticonderoga-class guided-missile cruiser. Rear Adm. Cheeseman gave challenge coins and a motivating speech to Sailors, and wished the crew fair well and following seas before they deployed. Philippine Sea is currently moored at Naval Station Norfolk after completing their Task Force Exercise (TFEX) in preparation for deployment.
