PHILIPPINE SEA (July 28, 2020) A portrait of Gas Turbine Systems Technician (Mechanical) 2nd Class Toni Velasquez, assigned to the Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Mustin (DDG 89), standing watch as Engine Room Operator.
