Three individuals are engaged in conversation in what appears to be an indoor facility, likely during the COVID-19 pandemic based on the face masks worn by all parties. One person is wearing a U.S. Army combat uniform with an American flag patch and a 'T' division patch, while the other two appear to be civilian staff wearing ID badges. The woman on the right is gesturing with her hand, suggesting she is actively explaining or presenting information.
