Walter Rivera-Martinez, heavy equipment mechanic with Support Company, 3rd Maintenance Support Battalion, 3rd Marine Logistics Group, performs maintenance on a Cat 621G Wheeled Tractor Scraper during an operation to backload Watson-class vehicle cargo ship USNS Dahl (T-AKR-312), after offloading an Expeditionary Medical Facility (EMF). The EMF will provide expanded medical capabilities in support of COVID-19 response for aircraft carrier USS Theodore Roosevelt (CVN 71) and preparations for Defense Support of Civil Authorities (DSCA) in Guam.
