U.S. NAVAL BASE GUAM (April 22, 2020) U.S. Marine Corps Lance Cpl. Cage Martin, motor transport operator with Motor Transport Company, 3rd Transportation Support Battalion, 3rd Marine Logistics Group, backloads an AMKR18 Logistic Vehicle System Replacement onto Watson-class vehicle cargo ship USNS Dahl (T-AKR-312), during an operation to backload equipment previously relocated to offload an Expeditionary Medical Facility (EMF). The EMF will provide expanded medical capabilities in support of COVID-19 response for aircraft carrier USS Theodore Roosevelt (CVN 71) and preparations for Defense Support of Civil Authorities (DSCA) in Guam.
