U.S. NAVAL BASE GUAM (April 22, 2020) U.S. Marine Corps Cpl. Kimberly Ortiz-Marrero, heavy equipment operator with 3rd Transportation Support Battalion, 3rd Marine Logistics Group, drives a Rough Terrain Container Handler up the stern ramp of Watson-class vehicle cargo ship USNS Dahl (T-AKR-312) during an operation to backload equipment previously relocated to offload an Expeditionary Medical Facility (EMF).
