The image shows a rural road with significant flood damage and erosion along its edge. A concrete or metal barrier/guardrail has been undermined by floodwater, causing the embankment to collapse into a turbid, sediment-laden waterway. The surrounding landscape features bare deciduous trees and dry winter vegetation, suggesting this event occurred in late fall or winter.

Water flow in the restored Stanford Run stream channel at the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Buffalo District's Stanford Run ecosystem restoration project at the Cuyahoga Valley National Park in Summit County, Ohio, Jan. 10, 2020.

The Buffalo District restored nearly 1,200 feet of a small stream within CVNP named Stanford Run under the original Stanford Run Restoration Project contract awarded to Ryba Marine Construction Co.
