Military personnel in digital camouflage uniforms are carrying a casualty on a litter/stretcher toward a helicopter in an open field. The scene appears to be a MEDEVAC (medical evacuation) operation or training exercise, with multiple service members transporting the patient to a waiting rotary-wing aircraft. The terrain is a grassy, hilly landscape with scrub vegetation in the background.
