A group of military personnel in camouflage uniforms are crouching low on open terrain while a medical evacuation helicopter (MEDEVAC) hovers nearby. The soldiers appear to be shielding themselves from rotor wash as the helicopter prepares to land or depart. This appears to be a CASEVAC/MEDEVAC training exercise or operational scenario.
