Military personnel in MARPAT (Marine pattern) camouflage uniforms are engaged in what appears to be a casualty carry drill or physical training exercise. One service member is being carried on the back of another in a fireman's carry position, while a third observes from the left. The setting appears to be an outdoor training area with clear blue skies and sparse vegetation in the background.
