    ROUND ROCK, Texas - (Nov. 5, 2019) Rear Adm. Brendan McLane, commander, Navy Recruiting Command (NRC), speaks with Sailors assigned to Navy Recruiting Station (NRS) Round Rock during a visit to Navy Recruiting District (NRD) San Antonio. The purpose of the visit was to talk to recruiters regarding the current and future state of Navy Recruiting. McLane, of Palestine, Texas, was joined by Command Master Chief Don Charbonneau and Master Chief Navy Counselor Frank Tiongco, the national chief recruiter. NRC consists of a command headquarters, three Navy Recruiting Regions, 16 Navy Recruiting Districts and 10 Navy Talent Acquisition Groups that serve more than 1,300 recruiting stations across the country. Their combined goal is to attract the highest quality candidates to assure the ongoing success of America’s Navy.
