The image shows personnel working aboard the USS Gerald R. Ford (CVN-78), a U.S. Navy aircraft carrier, in what appears to be a mooring or line-handling area. Large white mooring lines are laid out across the deck floor, with multiple crew members and workers in various uniforms and hard hats present. The ship's name and hull number are clearly visible on a yellow overhead beam.
