    SAN DIEGO (July 29, 2019) Machinery Repairman 2nd Class Sam Leonard assesses the remaining bolts to be cut in a high security combination lock aboard the amphibious assault ship USS Makin Island (LHD 8). The ship’s engineering department worked to ensure all confidential and classified information was vacant prior to the disposal of the filing unit.
