    Naval Medical Center Camp Lejeune corpsmen teach valuable tourniquet and wound care skills at the Jacksonville Jamboree May 4, 2019. Stop the Bleed aims to teach people about how to save lives with bleeding control techniques in the event of an emergency. NMCCL staff have taught 2,700 Onslow County residents these techniques in the last 18 months.
