JACKSONVILLE, Fla. (April 1, 2019) – Hospital Corpsman 2nd Class Kasey Felker (right) and Hospitalman Priscilla Rangel stock medical supplies at Naval Hospital Jacksonville’s emergency room. Felker, a native of Moore, Oklahoma, says, “The Navy has given me an immense amount of healthcare experience that I couldn’t get elsewhere.
