A group of workers in navy blue coveralls and hard hats are pouring and spreading fresh concrete at what appears to be a military airfield or construction site. A concrete mixer truck is actively discharging concrete while workers use rakes and screeds to level the pour. The scene suggests a runway or pavement repair/construction operation, likely involving military personnel based on their uniforms.
